Q1. 商品是現貨還是預購？
A. 本店部分商品為預購商品，會在商品標題前清楚標示「預購」。下單前請留意商品標示。
A. Some items are pre-order, and will be clearly labeled as “Pre-order” at the beginning of the product title. Please check before placing your order.
Q2. 何謂預購商品？
A. 預購商品為尚未正式發售或尚未到貨之商品，提供顧客提前預約訂購。我們會於商品上市或到貨後依序安排採購與出貨。
A. Pre-order items are products that have not yet been officially released or are not yet in stock. Customers can place orders in advance, and we will proceed with purchasing and shipping once the items become available.
Q3. 為什麼需要等待出貨？
A. 我們採用下單後採購模式，確保商品最新且來自官方來源，敬請耐心等候。

Q4. 什麼時候會出貨？
A. 一般約2-4 個工作天內完成採購並出貨（不含物流時間）。

Q5. 如遇調貨或備貨時間較長，出貨時間會多久？
A. 若遇熱門商品或需調貨情況，備貨時間可能延長至 3–10 個工作天，我們會依訂單順序安排採購與出貨，敬請見諒與耐心等候。

Q6. 下單後可以取消或更改訂單嗎？
A. 訂單成立後即安排採購，恕無法取消或更改，請下單前確認內容。

Q7. 為什麼價格比日本當地高？
A. 商品價格已包含代購服務、人工採購及營運成本，並非單純商品售價。

Q9. 使用什麼物流方式配送？配送時間多久？
A. 本店採用日本郵局 EMS 空運配送，出貨後約 3–7 個工作日內送達（依各國物流與清關狀況而定）。
A. We ship via Japan Post EMS. Delivery takes approximately 3–10 days after shipment.
Q10. 為什麼物流有時會延遲？
A. 跨境配送需經過出口檢驗與清關流程，可能因海關或物流影響延遲，敬請理解。
A. International shipping may be delayed due to customs clearance and logistics processing.
Q11. 訂單中包含現貨與預購商品，會如何出貨？
A. 若同一筆訂單中同時包含現貨商品與預購商品，將會待所有商品到齊後一併出貨，出貨時間將以預購商品的到貨時間為準，恕不提供分開出貨服務。
如需分開出貨，建議您於下單時將現貨商品與預購商品分開訂購。
A. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once everything is available. The shipping time will be based on the pre-order item.
We do not offer split shipments. If you prefer separate delivery, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.
🔄 退貨與售後 Returns
Q12. 可以退貨嗎？
A. 海外訂單原則上不接受退貨，除非商品有重大瑕疵。
A. Overseas orders are non-returnable unless defective.
Q13. 如果商品有問題怎麼辦？
A. 請於收到包裹後 5 天內聯繫我們，並提供商品照片與訂單資訊，我們將盡快協助處理。逾期恕無法受理，敬請見諒。
A. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package and provide photos and order details. Requests after this period may not be accepted.

Q14. 商品是正品嗎？
A. 所有商品皆從日本專櫃、百貨公司或官方通路購入，100% 正品。
A. All products are 100% authentic from official stores in Japan.
Q15. 商品有保存期限嗎？
A. 依日本《藥機法》（医薬品医療機器等法）規定，若化妝品在未開封且於適當保存條件下可維持品質穩定達 3 年以上，則可不標示使用期限。各商品之保存期限仍會因成分與種類不同而有所差異，建議開封後儘早使用完畢並依產品特性妥善保存。
A. Under Japan's Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act, cosmetics that remain stable for more than 3 years under proper storage conditions are not required to display an expiration date. Shelf life may vary by product, so proper storage and timely use after opening are recommended.
Q16. 可以購買香水嗎？
A. 香水因航空限制通常無法寄送海外，敬請見諒。
A. Perfumes cannot be shipped internationally due to air restrictions.
